Classic unoaked style – crisp, fresh, full-flavored ...
a delicious imprint of Mendocino fruit.
The grapes were whole-cluster pressed and then cold-fermented to dryness in stainless tanks. The fermented juice was left on the lees until just prior to bottling to create a wonderfully fresh, crisp, and fruit-forward wine.

Rich, supple, full-bodied velvety texture saturates the palate with intense flavors of raspberry brittle, cherry-current, plum and a touch of toasted oak and vanilla with a slight hint of leather on the back end. A wonderful wine with soft tannins, good acidity, smooth, round, and well-balanced, with a lovely silky mouth feel that lingers on the finish.
The fruit was sorted, destemmed without crushing and berry sorted before going to the fermenter. After fermentation, the wine was pressed at dryness before being placed in French oak barrels. Our inaugural Cabernet Sauvignon represents a blend of our finest red varietals to create a full flavored experience that is complex and a lasting impression of our Mendocino climate, soil, and farming practices.

Classic Cabernet blend -- complex, full bodied, aged in French oak ... a delicious expression of Mendocino fruit.
The fruit was sorted, destemmed without crushing and berry sorted before going to the fermenter. After fermentation, different influences of oak were used in combination with wine aged in French oak barrels. Our Cabernet Sauvignon represents a blend of our finest red varietals to create a full flavored experience that is complex and a lasting impression of our Mendocino climate, soil, and farming practices.

Family Tasting Notes:
Light golden yellow in the glass, this Chardonnay brings power and rich textured complexity to the glass. Delicious aromas of ripe apple and juicy pear on the nose wrapped in warm butter. These savory aromas are echoed on the palate in addition to a squeeze of citrus and an edge of minerality with a hint of butterscotch. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for a long time after the wine is gone. It is a wonderful full-bodied yet balanced Chardonnay experience.

Liquid ruby with immense aromas of leather and cedar. On the palate are layers and depth with flavors of baked bing cherries, black current, fresh pepper, vanilla and raspberry. Soft tannins, good structure and well balanced. This is a big one that should age well for years to come.

The 2009 Merlot is a dark crimson purple wine with aromas of African violets, cedar, black cherry, and pepper. Intense aromas are then followed with flavors of cherry, juicy plum, clove and chocolate. This Merlot is medium bodied and smooth with a velvety texture and soft tannins. Ready to drink now.

Dark ruby color with a garnet edge. Complex nose of sandalwood, cedar, cassis, black cherry, dark chocolate and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is extremely rich and mouth-coating and has a long finish of concentrated fruit, smooth, like velvet on your tongue with medium tannins.

In the glass this wine is rich indigo with dark amethyst hues. Aroma wafts from the bottle upon un-corking, violet, ripe black cherry and spiced plum. Silky tannins caress the palate with big fruit, luscious blackberry, baked cranberry, ripe wild berries, bits of dark chocolate and a touch of spice. The finish is long, supple and lands softly with hints of gentle raspberry. This is an elegant sexy wine to be enjoyed young or cellar and enjoy later.
